The details behind the experience

A clear scope.
No guessing.

We review access points, current entry policies, shared amenities, reporting needs and the way residents use the property. From there, we define officer duties and patrol coverage with your management team.

01Gatehouse officersA professional welcome. A consistent process.

The gatehouse is both a security post and your community’s front door. Officers work from site instructions that define how residents, visitors, vendors and deliveries are handled.

  • Resident and guest assistance within the agreed role
  • Visitor authorization and vendor entry procedures
  • Exceptions communicated to the designated contact
  • Activity and incident documentation

Your HOA establishes its access policies. We translate the agreed procedures into clear post instructions and officer responsibilities.

02Access controlClear expectations at the point of entry.

Access control works best when the technology, people and policies agree. We review your existing process and define how an officer verifies authorization, handles exceptions and escalates concerns.

  • Guest lists and approved visitor procedures
  • Credential checks within the agreed scope
  • Vendor and service-provider access instructions
  • Defined escalation for entry exceptions

We identify the systems already in use, who maintains them and who may authorize changes or exceptions.

03Mobile patrolCoverage beyond the entrance.

A visible patrol presence connects the streets, parking areas, perimeter and amenities of your community. Observations are documented so management has a useful record of what needs attention.

  • Checks of designated community areas
  • Parking and perimeter observations
  • Security and maintenance conditions recorded
  • Follow-up under the property’s service plan

Patrol areas, frequency, priorities and reporting recipients are agreed for the property. Public pages do not show actual patrol schedules.

04Cameras & reportingA clearer picture of your property.

Technology supports the people on the ground. Camera and monitoring options are considered alongside the response process, while Vision InSites helps organize security, maintenance and parking observations.

  • Review of camera and monitoring priorities
  • Timestamped observations and activity records
  • Issues organized for management review
  • Defined equipment and response responsibilities

Equipment scope, system access, monitoring responsibilities and follow-up are established with your board or management team.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Can gatehouse officers and patrol be combined?

Yes. We can plan entry coverage and patrol together around the community’s entrances, roads, common areas and priorities. Staffing and patrol scope are agreed for the property.

Who oversees service at the community?

Every client is supported by O’Linn’s 24/7 mobile supervisors. Larger or specialized contracts may also receive a dedicated account manager.

Can you work with our current entry policies?

We review your existing procedures and available systems, then define officer responsibilities and any technology needs within the agreed scope.
